For the past three years, I have had the great pleasure of going to the Crazy Horse Memorial and introducing Native American students to some aspect of journalism.
This year, I worked mostly with four college students. In less than two days, we made a multimedia slideshow about a cat named Thunder. We had a great time and I hope the kids learned as much as I did. They made me very proud.
The presentations are available here.
I met Mari Beth Baumberger at a news event. She was so excited about her dogs, I just had to do a video story about her.
Clearly, I have a thing about pets. This is a little stills-over-audio I did a few years ago about a women who spends a lot of time with her pet parrot. Click on the black box to play, click again to stop it.
Some of you may be looking for my old Knitting Guild for Beginners (KGB) links. Those links are still here.
